Bennington is very interested in creating a diverse community, both in terms of socio-economics and culture. To that extent, Bennington has the ability in some cases to offer very generous financial aid to international students.

Between 75 and 80% of our students are on some form of financial aid, though - so you aren’t going to slip through the cracks. Plus, the way we assign merit aid is different from other schools: we look at your writing and other academic achievements rather than just your GPA and SAT scores by themselves.
