So last term this is what my Tuesdays looked like.
8:00 - Breakfast (if I was lucky enough to wake up).
9:00 - 10:00 - Traditional Music Ensemble
10:10 - 12:00 - Literary Diaries and Journals
12:00 - 12:15 - Lunch
12:15 - 1:00 - House Chair Meeting
1:00 - 2:00 - Lunch if I missed it earlier, sometimes an emergency Admissions tour, often an episode of Breaking Bad.
2:00 - 5:00 - Work in the Scene Shop.
5:00 - 6:00ish - Dinner
After this my nights would descend into efforts to procrastinate. Pickup volleyball, hanging out on the lawn, watching tv. Usually around 8:00 or so I would buckle down and start my work for the next day and would finish between 10:00 and midnight. After that I’d usually hangout with people in my house for an hour or two before bed. Or just watch a bit more TV.
Here’s Evan’s Tuesdays.
8:00 - Wake up
8:30 - 10:00 - Neurons, Networks and Behavior (with Amira!)
10:00 - 12:00 - Back to sleep
12:15 - 1:00 - House Chair Meeting
1:00 - 1:30 - Lunch
1:30 - 4:00 - Catch up on work
4:00 - 6:00 - Calculus (with Amira!)
6:00 - 6:30 - Dinner at the Studes
6:30 - 7:30 - hang out in the Bingham common room!
7:30 - 10:00 - more work-type stuff
10:00 - onward - the night begins
I think we’re relatively average.

So here’s the skinny on the theatre program. We offer classes in acting; directing; dramaturgy; playwrighting; theatre history; and costume, set, sound, and light design (I think that’s everything). Theatre concentrators are asked to study broadly within the discipline, so focus in one area and then take some classes in at least two others. The acting program specifically is focused on studying a broad variety of techniques and pulling from each of them what works for you to create your own “practice”.
As far as your specific question, mass auditions for all the shows going on over the term are held about a week in, and students can specify what productions they’re interested in being involved in. If you’re involved in one of the main, faculty directed productions, those are 4 credit classes and generally rehearse for a couple hours 4 to 6 nights a week. So they only conflict with night classes, but they do create a considerable challenge as far as finding time to do homework. Other productions are less demanding time wise and rehearsals can be scheduled around student conflicts, but you don’t always get credit.

The word from Student Life is sometime in mid-July, barring any sorta delays. So, probably not for at least another week or two. Just a heads-up, though: in Admissions, I/we only know as much about housing/roommates/classes as the incoming freshmen do, so we will probably never be a great resource to ask about things like that.
Your best bet (assuming that you’re an incoming freshman) for that kind of information is either to ask around on the Class of 2016 Facebook group or call the office of Student Life at (802)-440-4330. I’d say give it another couple of weeks before you start making phone calls though - it’ll all be worth it, I promise.
